Salvatore Emblema. La materia del cielo
Curated by Sylvain Bellenger with the historical-scientific support by the Emblema Museum, the exhibition consists of five large pictorial works dating back to the first half of the 1960s, a very riched period, in terms of research and education, who stood out for a markedly material and gestural approach in the creation of his works.
The exhibition comes to life inside the so-called "ART GATE" of the Naples airport, where the viewer is naturally led, step by step, by a series of phrases-aphorisms by Salvatore Emblema, reproduced on the wall. The works of arts tell the artist's vision on sky and air: an almost physical element, whose mass and luminous reflection take shape as matter on the canvas.
