Timetables
The La SPA is open from 10:00 to 20:00 (last access at 17:30) from Monday to Sunday. The gym is open every day 24 hours for hotel guests and from 10:00 to 20:00 for external guests.

Booking
We do kindly request booking your treatment in advance so that we can be sure to craft the most personalized SPA journey, at your preferred day and time.

Cancellation
Should there be a request to move or cancel a treatment, we kindly request to inform the SPA Reception at least 24 hours prior to the appointment in order to avoid a penalty charge equal to the full cost of the booked treatment. In case of no show, the cost of the treatment will be charged in full.

Delay
We kindly recommend checking into the SPA ahead of your booking time. Arriving late to the appointment, will inevitably reduce the duration of the treatment, which will still be charged in full.

Arrival
We highly recommend arriving to the SPA 10 minutes prior to the appointment, that way we will be able to extend our best attention in preparing the guest for the treatment. We do suggest taking a hot shower before the treatment to promote muscle relaxation.

SPA etiquette
To preserve the calm and relaxing atmosphere of the La SPA for our guests we kindly ask you to refrain using mobile phones, laptops, tablets, cameras and to always maintain a low tone of voice. Furthermore, smoking, drinking alcohol and introducing food and drinks from outside is not permitted. It is also not allowed to consume food in the wet area of the SPA.

Dress code
In order to access the common areas of the La SPA we kindly request wearing a bathing suit and a bathrobe. Entry to the gym is permitted only when wearing sportswear and sneakers.
Guests staying at the ROMEO will find our SPA courtesy kit in the bedroom, including bathrobe, towels and slippers. For external guests, the kit will be delivered to the SPA reception by our staff.

Age
Access to the SPA is granted from the age of 14. The presence of a parent is required for minors.
