Monica Biancardi, Antonio Biasiucci, Vincenzo Castella, Fabio Donato, Mimmo Jodice, Raffaela Mariniello, Pino Musi and Luciano Romano: eight Neapolitan photographers of international standing illustrate the many faces and languages of Naples, exclusively for the Romeo hotel. Different outlooks, styles and approaches that testify, with love and passion, to the Naples of yesterday and today. Naples is also the protagonist of the photos that adorn all of the hotel’s rooms. An invitation to look for a different Naples, to discover unusual or less familiar places, but also a suggestion for a new vision, an invitation to rediscover the things that have already been seen and sometimes forgotten. In the bathrooms of the individual rooms, there is a selection of vintage images, chosen with care from the fantastic database of the historic Alinari Photography Archives, which illustrate the same theme in a different way: female beauty immortalized at the sea and on the beach. All of the photographic interventions and the selection of photographers have been handled by the eclectic professional image consultant Mariella Barone who has also created the images present in the rooms, based on the photographs of Amedeo Malatesta.
